Our site staff and project management consultants are usually allocated or hired to be the construction company senior representatives onsite. Their roles often vary from the supervision and onsite construction management of all site-based staff employed by the company to ensure that the project is delivered within their contractual obligations.
In addition, we embrace new and innovative trends in order to manage onsite construction projects of all shapes and sizes. Over the years, we’ve implemented the use of various cloud based management software such as Plangrid, Procore and Autodesk BIM 360. Our team is constantly searching for new tools to optimize the management process and evolve with the industry to better serve our clients needs.
